The MK7 cards are not only used in the spinning unit, they can also be applied in the production of Non-woven products such as tampons, Cotton swabs, medical & cosmetic articles utilizing bleach cottons and other such synthetic materials.
In these types of applications the Card does not produce a regular sliver as in a Spinning unit but produces particular fine or course material webs which can be transported by various means (e.g. Conveyor / Air flow) to down-stream machines suitable for the particular product application.
